In Fall of 2021, we took time to understand the needs of the teachers as the pandemic led on. When teacher morale began to decline, we made it a priority to partner with schools to assess their needs during the pandemic.

METHODOLOGY
Teachers had the option to complete the survey either through one-on-one interviews during school visits, video conversations, phone calls, or online.
SURVEY RESPONDENTS
The survey yielded 242 responses from educators representing 14 different charter schools and public school districts across Missouri and Kansas in urban, suburban, and rural communities.
